The Rank
One number. No favors.
Every deal gets a Rank from 1.0 to 10.0. Here's exactly what goes into it — and what never will.
The kind of deal you text your friends about.
The verdicts
Three calls. No grey area.
High scores
The price is genuinely good — go get it.
Middle scores
It's been cheaper — give it time.
Low scores
Not a real deal — keep your money.
The bar is the 1.0 – 10.0 scale, low to high. Where a deal lands depends on the proof behind it — the call under the number is always yours to act on.
Every call comes with the reasoning, right on the deal page.
What goes in
Three things decide the score.
Most of the score is the price itself. The rest is proof — that the deal is real, and that the product is worth owning. Extras like cashback, a working coupon, or free shipping push it higher still.

The principle
Honest about what we don't know.
Missing data isn’t a verdict. Hard evidence is.
Missing data
We say what we don't know
Hard evidence
It caps the score
Price labels
Labels are earned, never decorative.
What the labels mean
The cheapest this product has ever been.
The best price in the last six months.
A real drop from what it usually costs.
No proof in the price history — no label
Every label comes from the product’s own price history — not from what the store claims. If the history doesn’t prove it, the label doesn’t show. That’s the rule, no exceptions.
The guarantee
What never touches the score.
The shield
Evidence in — everything else bounces
Commission
Paying more doesn't rank higher
Some links earn us a commission. The score doesn't know which ones. Ever.
Votes
Votes are for the community
Votes help other shoppers spot what's worth a look. The Rank stays separate — it's earned from price and product proof, never popularity.
Retailers
No store can buy a number
No retailer relationship influences a score, a verdict, or the order you see.
